Cookies

Hashly sets two cookies. Neither is sold, shared or used to follow anyone around the internet, and there is no advertising or analytics network on this site.

What the visit log records

When you open a page, we record the path, the project or pool it was about, the time, the identifier in your session cookie, your IP address, the two-letter country our network provider reports for that address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the page you arrived from if your browser sent one. Clicking a card in the catalog and opening the featured-placement dialog are recorded the same way.

We keep this for 90 days and then delete it. It is stored on our own servers, it is not shared with anyone, and it is not combined with anything else. IP addresses are stored in full rather than truncated.

Third parties

No third-party cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising. The site does load its typefaces from Google Fonts, which sets no cookie but does mean Google’s servers see your IP address when the fonts are fetched. That is the only request this site makes to anyone other than us.

Refusing them

Every browser can block or delete cookies for a single site — look for “cookies and site data” in its settings. Blocking hashly_sid means your visits are no longer grouped together, and the catalog works exactly as before: nothing on this site is gated behind a cookie.
